Position:Research Manager
Job description
1.Project setup and management (census, retail auditing/store monitor, mystery shopping, etc.)
-Design, organize and implement research projects to help clients in consumer goods industry to increase their sales volume, and improve their store performance
-Communicate, coordinate among different departments to ensure project schedule, quality and client satisfaction
-Be bottom-line responsible for the project result and client satisfaction
2.Project team management
-Select, build up project team based on the scale and nature of the projects
-Provide training, if necessary, to lead the project team to achieve the target results
-Evaluate the performance of the project team based on feedback from the client
3.Data and market insights analysis, reporting and presentation
-Questionnaire, report template review
-Data integration
-Provide insights to add value and enhance the power of the data
-Provide face-to-face presentation and technical support
4.Client relationship management
-Work closely with the clients and maintain regular communication
-Understand the needs of the clients and respond quickly
-Develop and grow the clients and bring new business opportunities
-Collect, analyze and evaluate client needs, requirements to develop new businesses
Qualifications
1.Bachelor or above degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Business Administration
2.At least 5 years experience in research department of consumer goods companies with 3+ years in a managerial position or relevant
3.Having played the leading role in at least 5 consumer or retail research projects (both quantitative and qualitative) independently
4.Proficient in using Excel, PowerPoint; proficiency in using SPSS, and other analytical software would be an asset
5.Excellent analytical, reporting and presentation skills in both English and Chinese
