This is an amazing opportunity for a HR generalist to move into an exciting role that allows exposure to management and a higher HR role in KIRIN (China) Group. This role will ask you to assist management of the general human resources function of the company to ensure all relevant policies and procedures are implemented.

The Position：

Report to HR Director, you will be respon***le for:
* Providing professional HR services for Beer Division in the aspects of staffing, compensation and benefits, performance management, learning management, employee relations, etc.;
* Implement HR policies, ensure communication with all departments and compliance with standard operating procedures, code of conduct at workplace;
* Recommend changes to ensure policies and procedures are competitive and in line with organization needs.
* Other Ad Hoc and HR duties as directed


The Person：

To be successful in this position, you must possess:
* Bachelors degree in HR Management, Sociology, Business *****istration or equivalent;
* 3+ years experience in human resources with multinationals, FMCG industry preferred;
* HR generalist background with broad knowledge and hands-on experience in the complete HR field. Expertise in Recruiting, C&B and Performance Management is preferred;
* Basic knowledge on labor laws and regulations;
* Effective problem solving skills in analysis of issues and trends;
* Good business sense, creative and flexible in managing uncertainty; •
* Ability to work effectively under pressure;
* Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with people on all levels;
* Demonstrated commitment to quality and customers;
* Be fluent in English (both written and spoken), high proficiency computer skills.
