First of all, I would like to thank the “message sender”, as I believe his/her initial intention is correct and wants to improve our department's working environment. However, I strongly recommend that this communication way is not professional and should not be encouraged. Do you still remember what is our KPMG's Core Value? According to our Core Value, we should: work together, respect individual, be open and honest in our communication. So no name message is not an appropriate communication way. In the previous career discussion with our department people, I always encouraged you to ask for help from your performance manager, department head or PML, once you have any problem or difficulty in work or life. Even manager, department head or PML are unfortunately very busy at that time, you can send email to them to pass your information and arrange a face to face discussion. Your suggestion, recommendation or even complaints are always welcome. Manager, PML and I are glad to share the happiness and sadness with you all. This is our pleasure and responsibility. For the performance of our supporting staff, I will work together with managers to think about what can be done to improve the communication and cooperation between professional and supporting staffs, and what can improve our team spirit. I will also investigate the issues mentioned in that message. Finally, I would like to tell our department colleagues, especially to the message sender, my objective and wish is that each staff can regard our department and KPMG as a big and warm family; and I wish each staff can enjoy every single working day in KPMG. If you need help, please just talk to me and our managers. Please do not hesitate. Trust your senior, team leader, performance manager, department head and PML, they really want to do something to help you get through the difficult situation.
