Boss,
Thanks for the reply. But I really do not understand why 印度人 can reqest so much from the company. During the days I work for company. I never request to stay in Shanghai alone even I am a Shanghai citizen.So most of time I am in Nanjing. But for 印度人 , half of his time is in Shanghai apartment and half of time is at his home (GZ). Look Danny, he is always in Heifei and go to home almost every 2 months. This is unfair to the other team members.
And this time ,印度人 tell me he may want to stay in Shanghai. In fact he did not tell me in this way, he just say he need to resolve the VISA issue at Shanghai. He should tell me frankly , because this will impact my work location. Furthermore this will cause extra cost. If he works is in Shanghai , we need to pay for hotel. And I go to Nanjing , need hotel. And KL will be in GZ instead of 印度人 , need hotel. So company need to pay hotel for 3 people. And according to the first plan: 印度人 in GZ, I am in Shanghai, KL in Nanjing. Company only pay hotel for 1 people. So extra hotel charge for 2 people are added.
I do not know the exact reason why he want to stay in Shanghai. But this will impact a lot. Company need pay more money. I need to leave home. Everything we do, every dollar we spend , just because he like Shanghai and want to develop in Shanghai?
I am sorry I am a little excited about this. But I never ask too much from company. Before you say it in Hk, I never ask for a same salary with HK colleagues, even I have more years of experience in FT. This time, all the people do not request too much for the work place. Even the HK people. They need to go to Heifei in turn. But 印度人 raise such a request, it looks unfair to all the other team members. Especially for me , he go to Shanghai and make SH as his home, and I leave home. It does not make sense.

This is my plan You may switch on occasion to another city as 印度人 wants to do Shanghai as well. However you will have it for the main base of operation. I may have you rotate at times with 印度人 but this will be something we will discus. I see you working there for 7-8 months of the year minimum.

不过中国人是吃语言亏的，我上次写信，还是叫HK同事帮我润色的。这次大半夜了，找不到人了。
我HK同事，也说这个印度人英语是比较好的。可见一斑。他不过在这个行业有3年经验，2线公司。我是10年，1线公司。他现在工资比我还高。还那么多要求。而且不会中文，如果他在上海，工作起来，很多事情不能搞定。
公司要这种人干吗。他的工资，招刚毕业大学生，可以招10个。
