Respon***ilities:
Support and follow up on new business development initiatives
Identify, develop and recommend new business opportunities
Participate in development of business case with the team, i.e., develop estimates, financial analysis, market study and fea***ility study report
Project management – working with alliance partners and different functional groups, such as marketing, purchasing, finance, legal for implementation of new programs
Develop regular status reports and actively communicate business development progress with the management and peer groups to achieve consensus and support
Identify and track issues, and develop recommendations to support management decision-making
Respon***le for exploring new business opportunities in China and overseas
Respon***le for management on-going business development initiatives

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, majoring in Business *****istration, finance, engineering, economics or marketing fields
• Self-starter with strong interpersonal communication capabilities, hands-on and results-oriented
• Analytical and research capabilities, interest in and knowledge of property or construction industry would be a plus
• Excellent English and Chinese language skills (written and spoken)
• Highly proficient in computer applications- Word, Powerpoint, Excel, etc.
• Willing to travel in China and overseas.

Experience:
• Minimum of 8 years working experience in BD or negotiation, business case development, market study,, etc.
• Experience in property /construction or manufactory industry will be a plus
• Over 2 years experience in exploring overseas new business opportunities is a necessity.
